• 18 days prior to the event – all changes to your routines and payment must be received.
• 10 days prior to the event – competition schedules released including event overview, dancer personal schedules, studio personalized schedules, and studio schedules.
• Deadline for music upload is 7 days prior to competition start. In case the music is not uploaded, the registered dancers will not be able to perform. (please bring backup music on a flash drive marked with your routine number)
• 1 hour before the first scheduled performance – doors open.
